Yes! Mango Mall is completely free. There are no real ads and nothing to buy. The ads in the game, like flyers and TV commercials, are pretend ones you buy with your mall's money.

Tap Build, then drag on the floor to draw a store space. Soon a store will ask to move in. Open Offers and say yes. The store takes a few seconds to build, and then shoppers start coming!

Shoppers love food and dessert stores, and they love lots of different kinds of stores. Put three food or dessert stores side by side to make a food court.

Decorations, upgrades, and ads all bring in more people too. Keep an eye on happiness. Happy shoppers tell their friends!

Your mall gets from one to five stars depending on how many shoppers visit each minute. More stars means fancier stores will ask to move in. At three stars you can also add side entrances for rush hour.

Spills, shoplifters, fires, and struggling stores pop up from time to time. Tap the problem to see what's going on, then tap the button to fix it.

The Cleaning Crew and Security Guards upgrades help out on their own. You can still beat them to it for a bonus!

It might be the weather. Rain, snowstorms, and heat waves keep some shoppers at home for a little while. The Glass Roof makes rainy and snowy days less of a problem, and Air Conditioning helps on hot days.

Your mall might also be too crowded. If you see "Too crowded!", give shoppers more hallway space to walk around. Buying more land helps, and so do upgrades like the Cleaning Crew, Security Guards, and the Glass Roof.

Yes! While you're away, your mall keeps earning at half speed for up to four hours. You'll see how much it made when you come back.

Nope! There's always more land to buy, another floor to build, a new badge to earn, or a fancier store to welcome.

Your mall saves by itself as you play. You don't have to do anything. When you start, you get a made-up player name like "Happy Panda 123", and your mall is saved to that player.

Tap your account button in the top corner. You can sign in with Google or Apple, or make a username and password. Then log in the same way on your other device.

You'll also find your secret save code there. It looks like MANGO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. You can type it in on any device to load your mall.

First, try logging in with your save code, username, or Google or Apple account. If that doesn't work, email us your player name and mall name and we'll do our best to help.

Top Malls is the leaderboard. It shows the malls with the most money and the most stores. Everyone who plays can see your player name and your mall name there, so please don't use your real full name.

You can change your player name in your account, and tap your mall's name at the top of the screen to rename your mall.

Only what the game needs: your mall, your player name, and your mall's name. We never ask for your email, your real name, your age, or your location. There are no ads and no tracking. You can read all the details in the Mango Mall Privacy Policy.

Yes. Email us your player name or save code and we'll delete your mall and everything we saved about it. Parents can ask us to do this for their child at any time.

Try reloading the page, and make sure your browser is up to date. If the game runs but feels slow, set Graphics to Low in your account. Closing other tabs can help too.
